  I had them go you rental property to fix my unit, they said that they fixed the problem for $304. I paid it but the bill didn't state what was fixed and the person that serviced the unit never called me to discuss the problem before fixing. I tried to.get an itemized bill to see what was serviced. The secretary was very nice and tried to.be helpful, but she wasn't a technician. The fix lasted 3 weeks. I called back and they suggested I buy a new unit. That should have bern discussed with me prior to fixing the unit. Now you want me to spend thousands of dollars. I didn't like that service at all.
