  Tried several times to contact manager and it took my 2hrs to finally get in touch with one.
  We bought a no contract phone for our handyman. It didn't work.
  We are a rewards member so we took the phone back after being told by CS that we would get a full refund if the phone didn't work.
  Needless to say she did not want to give us a full refund. I contacted the store asked to speak with the manager, meanwhile husband is in the store trying to return the phone.
  Manager took care of the matter. It shouldn't have escalated to that point.
  I thank you Peter but your employees need courses in customer service.
